Dhanush is entering the Bollywood


 Dhanush after the success of his Kolaveri di song, has signed up a Hindi movie Raanjhnaa. Thus he enters the B- town. This movie is directed by Aanand L. Rai the director of Tanu Weds Manu.


On selecting Dhanush as hero, the director of this movie Anand Rai said that after seeing Aadukalam, he was sure that the star would be the right one to play the protagonist and added that the language will not be a problem for Dhanush to do this character.
 Sonam Kapoor, the daughter of Anil Kapoor may be pairing up with Dhanush. Since Sonam Kapoor is busy with the other two projects it is confirmed that if her dates matches, surely she will sign up in this film. The other stars for this movie are not yet finalized.

A. R. Rahman is doing the movie score and the soundtracks for Raanjhnaa. This is the first film of Dhanush with the combination of the Music director A. R. Rahman which adds more expectations among the audience.

Dhanush is starring up as a Brahmin boy in this Hindi film. To suit up this character Dhanush is developing paunch and working out to increase weight. The Kolaveri di hitter is learning Hindi with the help of a Tutor to perform well in his Bollywood debut film Raanjhnaa.The makers of this movie are sure that Raanjhnaa will be completely a different film. The shooting for this movie scheduled from next month in South Africa.

Tamil movies bagged the prestigious National awards

The 59th National Awards have been announced in New Delhi. Tamil movies Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai, Vaagai Sooda Vaa, Aaranya Kaandam have won the National awards. These prestigious awards are announced in New Delhi today.

Aaranya Kaandam is a Tamil action Movie directed and written by Thiagarajan Kumararaja, which was released in the previous year. The stars Jackie Shroff, Ravi Krishna, Sampath Raj, Yasmin Ponnappa and Somasundaram acted in this film. This Movie got two awards, the Best Editor Award for Praveen K. L. and N. B. Srikanth as both of them jointly did the editing and Thiagarajan Kumararaja director of this movie, got the Indira Gandhi Best Debutant Award.

Vaagai Sooda Vaa is a Tamil romantic comedy drama movie directed by A. Sarkunam, starred Vimal, Iniya, Bhagyaraj and Ponvannan. This movie got the award for Best Feature film in Tamil. Red Building Where The Sun Sets by Revathy won the Best Non Feature Film Award.

Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai is a Tamil Mystery-drama movie directed by Suseenthiran and released in the previous year. Appukutty and Saranya Mohan starred in the lead roles. This movie got the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment Award.

Kajal Aggarwal is entering the Bollywood again

Kajal Aggarwal is entering the Bollywood with a remake of superhit Tamil Movie Singam, which is titled in Hindi as Special Chabbis.

Special Chabbis is a remake of Tamil film Singam which was released in the year2010, starred Surya and Anushka Shetty.

Special Chabbis is directed by Neeraj Pandey. Hero of this film is none other than Akshay Kumar who is going to romance with Kajal Aggarwal. Manoj Bajpayee, Anupam Kher, Jimmy Shergill are the other stars of this film. Special Chabbis is being produced under Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and the shooting started from March 1, 2012 in Delhi.

Kaajal Agarwal who is busy with the shooting of Tamil Movies Maatraan pairing up with Surya and Thupaki with Vijay, has said that she is going to engage with the Hindi movie Special Chabbis starring up with Akshay Kumar and added that her roles in these movies are entirely different.

Since Kajal Aggarwal is busy with the Tamil Movies , she will take part in the shooting of Special Chabbis from March 9, 2012.

Billa- II is going to be the birthday gift for Ajith fans

Billa II is an upcoming project of Ajith Kumar, is expected to release on 1st May 2012 which is the birth date of him. It would be a best gift for the fans of Ajith Kumar. Billa II is the second part of Billa which was released on 14th December 2007, starred Ajith Kumar, Nayanthara, Prabhu, and Rahman. From this film the makers of the movie Billa II made it clear that apart from Ajith Kumar, Prabhu and Rahman, the other characters would not be retained.

Bill II which is under the production of Wide Angle Creations in association with the Hinduja Group Company IN Entertainment, casting by Ajith Kumar, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Vidyut Jamwal, Prabhu, Rahman, Sudhanshu Pandey, Manoj K. Jayan, Krishna Kumar and Meenakshi Dixit.

The film is written and directed by Chakri Toleti and the music track was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja who had worked for Billa too. The Cinematography is being done by R. D. Rajasekhar and the Budget of this action movie is about 33.3 crore.

Almost 70% of the filming has been finished. The first schedule of the film was held in Hyderabad, the second schedule in Goa and right now Thala is busy with the shooting in Russia. It was planned to release on Tamil New year but due to the Tamil Film Producers Council's intervention, the release date of Billa-II has been postponed to 1 May 2012 which is the special day of Ajith Kumar.

Anushka Shetty plays dual role in the Irandam Ulagam movie



Anushka Shetty is playing dual roles in the movie Irandam Ulagam. It’s an upcoming project of Selvaraghavan in this year. 

In which Anushka Shetty is acting as a tribal woman and a house wife as well. It is expected that it would be a challenging role for her to act as a tribal woman since this role will have lot of action scenes. To perform well in this film she is undergoing special training in Mumbai. So we can see Anushka Shetty in a different manner in this film Irandam Ulagam.

Irandam Ulagam is a romantic film starring Arya and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles with Siva Karthikeyan, Y.Gee. Mahendra and Radhika Sarathkumar.
Irandam Ulagam movie score and soundtrack are composed by Harrish Jayaraj and the cinematography done by Ramji. This film is produced and distributed by UTV Motion Pictures, which is currently under its production stage.


 After the Mayakkam Enna project which was released last year, Selvaraghavan concentrated filming Irandam Ulagam. The shooting for this film has been started from 24th December 2011 onwards. This film is eagerly expected because this is the first Tamil film shot in canned in Brazil.
