Kamal Haasan to make his debut in Hollywood with Barrie Osborne

Kamal Haasan is all set to enter Hollywood. After screening Viswaroopam successfully in IIFA International Indian Festival Weekend, he received positive critics from the audience. He met Barrie Osborne producer cum director in Hollywood and Kamal Haasan planned to make his debut in Hollywood.

Barrie Osborne is a Hollywood film maker and producer. He produced films like The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Last Place on Earth, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers , The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, The Waterhorse , The Warrior's Way and The Prophet.

Barrie Osborne met Kamal Haasan in IIFA at Singapore.  Both of them shared their opinion about making a movie in Hollywood and announced that they are going to team up in a Hollywood movie.

Barrie Osborne stated that Kamal Haasan is an encyclopedia of Cinema. He got a chance to meet Kamal Haasan only when he came to Hollywood to promote his film Viswaroopam. He was invited to watch Viswaroopam and was very much impressed with the talents of Kamal Haasan. He added that after speaking with Kamal Haasan, I came to know the knowledge of literature and films like an encyclopedia, he has and I felt honored that I know him.Barrie also said that Hollywood movie will be the combination of both Indian and Western sensibilities

Regarding this Kamal Haasan announced that they planned to work together and the film will be an International movie involving the world. I will act and write the story for this film and if Barrie needs me to direct this film, I will do it, he added.The latest news is that Kamal Haasan is writing story for the Hollywood film and Barrie Osborne after listening the story asked him to complete the whole script.
